Congratulations to Year 2 for being the winners of a competition run by the Scottish Gallery in Edinburgh to celebrate he work of Artist, Author and illustrator Emily Sutton. The children learnt a little about Emily and her work and then wrote about one of their toys and why it was special to them. They also illustrated their work. Well, The Scottish Gallery and Emily Sutton were blown away by all of our entries and we received a lovely email from hem congratulating us on being the overall winners out of the whole country. We have recently received our prize including four beautiful prints and five superb books by Emily Sutton and each child also received a hand written note by Emily in one of her special note cards. We are so proud of you all in Year 2.
