The school council help make decisions about how we can make the school better for everyone. The School Council is made up of ten pupils; 2 from each year group from Year 3 to Year 6 and two more from the Bridge Bees After-School Club.

We are elected at the beginning of each school year by our peers. Being in the school council includes attending meetings, putting forward other pupil’s suggestions and discussing actions/improvement plans for the school. The school council then gives feedback to their classes about what was discussed in the meetings and the outcomes.

In previous years the school council has helped the children of the school get new playground equipment, as well as setting up a School Newspaper - The Bridge Termly.
