In English today, we had an Experience Day looking at the Stone Age medium of cave art. We explored the meaning behind lots of different examples and discussed why and how these illustrations would have been created. Following that, we divided into 'Stone Age Tribes' and devised a backstory for our community. It was then time to get painting! Not using any modern pigment and tools however, purely Stone Age resources only! So, using sticks and our hands, we crafted with berries and mud! We finished by investigating each other's designs and trying to illicit the story of each tribe from the pictures!
