On Saturday, Bishop Rose addressed the #BlackLivesMatter march in Canterbury, speaking of the need for people to be the change that they want to see and emphasising that 'greatness will come by the way we treat one another'.
At Bridge School, we strongly believe that children can be courageous advocates for this change and that we all, as parents and carers have a responsibility to teach our children about the importance of challenging discrimination in all its forms.
Over the summer, we have been working on our school curriculum and we will be asking ourselves: 'How are we, as a school, addressing issues of diversity and equality?'
In the meantime, we have prepared an Act of Worship which we would encourage you to share with your children.
