Parent Councils are a way for schools to encourage more parents to get involved in school life by acting as:

  • A channel for opinions
  • An opportunity to support the development of the curriculum
  • A sounding board for the school and a forum for open discussion
  • A means of gathering parental views
  • An opportunity to ask questions and receive information from teh school on specific issues raised by parents
  • A way to promote community links

Meetings are open to all parents and are held once a term (3 times a year)

For further information or suggestions for the agenda, please contact your class rep or email
