Families in Year 5 enjoyed a joyful morning of music as our Ukulele Workshop struck exactly the right chord. Parents were invited into school to take part in a hands-on session with their children, making music together and seeing firsthand the progress pupils have made in their lessons this term.
One parent shared how much they valued the experience, describing the workshop as “brilliant” and praising the opportunity to join in the activities alongside their child. She spoke about how delighted her daughter had been afterwards — “absolutely beaming” and eager to talk about their morning together.
The workshop was engaging, energetic and full of fun, giving families a chance to learn, laugh and play music in partnership. A huge thank you to Mr Miles for planning and leading such an uplifting session; it was greatly appreciated by all who attended.
