Today, our Year 5 Worship Leaders guided the school through a moving Remembrance Service, demonstrating remarkable confidence, respect, and thoughtfulness. As part of the worship, we reflected on those serving in the armed forces today, as well as those who served 80 years ago, honouring the sacrifices made across generations.
The service also included an evocative reading of In Flanders Fields, which added a poignant and reflective moment for the whole school community.
We were honoured to be joined by Lawrence from the local community, whose presence highlighted the enduring importance of service and commitment to others. Together, the Year 5 leaders and Lawrence created a meaningful moment of reflection that resonated with staff and students alike.
We are incredibly proud of our Year 5 team for leading the service with such care and dedication, reminding us all of the value of service, respect, and remembrance.
