Early Help works alongside families to identify strengths, understand any challenges and develop a plan that supports children to achieve their best.
Support may include help with:

- Behaviour at home
- Emotional wellbeing
- Parenting strategies
- Family relationships
- Housing or financial concerns
- Accessing specialist services
