This week, Year 2 have visited Canterbury Mosque to bring together their last two terms of work on Islam. The children learnt about the clothing Muslims typically wear before trying some items on for themselves. They also had a session on Arabic writing and learnt to write their names in Arabic. The visit ended with a Q&A session on Islam where the children were able to both show off their knowledge of the religion and ask any questions they had.
