Year 4 enjoyed a fantastic, and windy, day at Richborough Roman fort yesterday. They had the opportunity to tour the Museum whilst completing a challenge, handle objects in the Handling Room and be given a private tour of the site but the incredibly knowledgeable Tony and Amanda who shared some great facts about the Romans. Did you know, that Emperor Claudius only spent 16 days in England despite claiming he was the one conquered it? Well done to the whole of Year 4 for representing the school amazingly on the trip and to those who faced their fear of heights by climbing the gated tower!
