Last Friday, a group of Bridge pupils and their parents took part in The Christmas Light Parade through Canterbury. The parade started near the Westgate Gardens and made its way (past the many onlookers) through Canterbury city centre. We finished in the Dane John Gardens where we were greeted by a Samba band and the cast of the Aladdin panto.
We were all dressed in excellent handmade costumes (thank you Mrs Tomsett for organising the making of these). It was a really special evening and the children (and adults) had a magical time.

A massive thank you to Mrs Shirley and Mrs Kay-Bradley for helping the children make the costumes. Thank you to all the parents who joined us – you were so supportive and we really appreciated your help on the night.
Thank you to Strange Cargo for organising the event.
