On Monday 29th September, Year 6 pupils travelled to Simon Langton Boys School to take part in a friendly football tournament against other nearby schools. The event provided an opportunity for the pupils to showcase their skills, build team spirit, and engage in healthy competition.

The tournament saw the team play four matches throughout the day. In their opening game, the pupils secured a 2-0 victory over Pilgrim’s Way, with goals scored by Alfie and Bear. The team then faced Wincheap in their second match but were narrowly defeated 2-0. The third game proved more challenging, as they lost 5-0 to Chartham. However, the pupils finished strongly with a 5-1 win in their final match, a rematch against Pilgrim’s Way.

The school extends its gratitude to Mrs Radford and Mr Taylor, who accompanied and supported the pupils throughout the tournament.
