The Creative Arts Network (CAN) is a partnership of four primary schools working together to expand access to high-quality creative arts experiences for children. Bringing together rural and urban schools of different sizes, CAN exists to ensure that every pupil - regardless of geography or school context - has the opportunity to explore, create, and perform.

By collaborating across schools, the network shares expertise, resources, and opportunities that individual schools may struggle to provide alone. Through joint projects, artist workshops, performances, exhibitions, and shared professional development, CAN broadens pupils’ experiences in visual art, music, drama, and design.

The network also creates meaningful partnerships with local artists, cultural organisations, and businesses, connecting schools with the wider creative community.

At its heart, the Creative Arts Network believes that creativity is central to a rich education. By working together, our schools are opening doors to inspiration, confidence, and new possibilities for every child.
