We are delighted to share the wonderful news that Revd Estella Last, vicar and long-standing friend of Bridge School, has been appointed as the next Archdeacon of Maidstone.
This is an exciting new chapter for Estella and a well-deserved recognition of her dedication, leadership, and service to the Church and wider community.
Revd Estella has been an integral part of our school family for many years. As parish vicar and school governor, she has helped to shape and strengthen our Christian vision and values, led inspiring acts of worship, and offered pastoral care and encouragement to staff, pupils, and families alike. Her wisdom, warmth, and deep sense of faith have touched the lives of many within our community.
While we will miss her greatly, we are so proud of Estella and thankful for all she has given to our school and parish. We will be celebrating her time with us and wishing her every blessing as she prepares to take up this important new role within the Diocese of Canterbury.
Congratulations, Estella — and thank you for everything you have done for the Bridge community!
